We seek core/stabilized and value-add supermarket-anchored shopping centers and select power centers with a grocery component. We make strategic real estate acquisitions of properties tenanted by investment grade retailers.
Acquisition Criteria
- Minimum of 50,000 people within a 3-mile radius
- GLA minimum 75,000 SF if not triple net
- Investment minimum $15 million. ECHO Realty will consider assuming existing debt and offering a structure to defer taxes
- Located east of the Mississippi
- Anchored by a dominant grocer in the market
